Ten Years Ago
To all the lovers,
Have you ever seen a heart run over by a semitruck? Neither had I until tonight. But there’s no point in letting some tire tracks veer me off my path.
Here’s my list of rules to never, ever let an asshole walk all over me again.
- No falling in love.
Feelings make you weak. Stop showing those pesky inconveniences to someone who’s seen you naked.
- Break their heart before they break yours.
You don’t need a college degree to make sense of that one.
- And most importantly, never give him head.
He doesn’t deserve it.
